The Real American Horror Story: Bob-o's Rant
Some rant-inducing information (thanks to the awesome Elvis Trooper) has just been brought to my attention and I couldn’t help but blog about it. (Spoiler Alert!)
A couple of blogs ago, I mentioned that I was really enjoying American Horror Story: there was a deeper meaning at work, but I couldn’t articulate where it really fit in the genre. (horror, drama…?) But, I’ve since found the niche in which it fits, and it’s an incredibly well-appointed cloister filled with nuance and amazing allusions. 
But, others seem to be missing the undertones of the show and, as a result, lash out at what they don’t understand. Those people think the latest episode “went too far”. If you haven’t seen the last episode, you probably shouldn’t read that article and you should stop reading this blog. Go watch all 6 episodes then come back and chat/rant with me.
